Cell-level code versioning plugin for JupyterLab with Git

UI Features:

• toggle versioning button on the left
• on click, history panel squeeze both code and output to right
• history panel include: commits as items with timestamp
• on click item, change both code and output (keep current in background)
• on click item’s restore button, commit current, revert to selected commit
• on click, history panel disappears
